Can't Enter New Contact

Every time I try to enter a new contact, I get the log on screen.

This was fixed in Update 7. As per: http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/36573

If you can't get the admin to add that patch, just make sure the Activities Tab isn't open when you create the new contact

also try loading the list view of contacts prior to creating a new contact.
