On my desktop version (not on the web version) when I go to Schedule/Manage, Activity Types is grayed out. I'm the only user, have Administrator privileges, so I can't figure out why it is greyed out. I want to edit Vacation and Personal To Do and add new types. I'm using ACT! 16.

Try closing ACT! and then restart by right clicking on the Icon and choosing Run as Administrator. Some functions in ACT! require that ACT! be running in Windows Administrator mode or to have the User Access Control (UAC) disabled

Thank you for your quick response.
I tried closing and running in Administrator mode (a few times) and I'm still getting the option Activity Types grayed out.

I can access my database two ways.
1. On my desktop and that syncs with the main database.
2. Via the web on myactdb.com
When I access it via the web the Schedule choice doesn't offer a "manage" option. See attachment.
Are you referring to a 3rd way to access my database?
