Can I create duplicate 'Contacts' page

Hi All, I am new to Act so apologies if this question has been asked before, I did search high and low but to no avail.

I am wondering if it's possible to create a duplicate layout style of the Contacts page? I have custom tables installed for the cloud version of act but the online resources for it are somewhat limited, the youtiube video just stops half way through 
I am assuming that Custom tables is the way forward but none of these give me the same GUI and I would ideally like to recreate this look as the users would find this interface much easier to use.

Use the Tools/Design Layout option.

Thanks for the reply, howver that is for manipulating and redesigning the existing layouts for contacts, groups etc I want to create a new page with the same format of layout that I can then enter my own fields.
