For some reaon when I click the call button and record the call so it will go into the history, for some contacts it is not being recorded.
I checked to make sure the box to add it to the history was checked and I am at a loss. Any suggestions?

It's an issue with how the screen is refreshed, not everything is auto-refreshed. If you press F5 that will fully refresh the screen.
