I'm using the dialer option to allow calls to be started with the Call Contact button in ACT! Premium.
This works great.
However, everytime a call ends it breaks the configuration and gives me a "the call cannot be made" error. I can fix this by going to Preferences > Communication > dialer and turning the dialer off & on.
This is a bit tedious everytime I end a call though! Any ideas?

this happens when your "Phone" is not 100% Tapi Compliant.
T - API (Tapi) is a standard set by Microsoft and AT&T a long time ago, unfortunaly every Phone Vendor that provides a TAPI interface makes bigger or smaller Ajustments. If you mention the Brand that you are using, i may be able to recomend a solution.

Ah, okay. It just seems odd that the windows dialer keeps working. I guess you just aren't receiving the "end of call" messages that you should.
It's the 3CX Tapi client, we are attempting to use this to integrate ACT with our 3CX phone solution.
