Calendar Screen Blank

This is the issue I'm having... when I click on the calendar screen it displays the mini calendar accross the top and the rest of the screen is blank. There are sceduled activities which do show up under the task list.  If there are scheduled activities that day and I put my mouse over the blank white area it will give me the pop-up with info on the activity... but the calendar is blank.

 

It appears that the right hand side bar which is normally available has extended itself all the way to the left and beyond my reach to move it back.

 

Things I have done:

- Completely uninstall ACT and reinstall

- Install latest and greatest video drivers

- used ACTDIAG tool and ran every fix available

- The filters are all set to ALL and there is only one user

- I have increased the screen resolution to the highest setting possible

- I have tried the ACT demo database and it still does this.

 

Any ideas?

this KB will help you guide thru the steps of resolving the mini calendar issue..if the KB link does not work the go to www.act.com then from support and services / select --- knowledgebase and live chat / then knowledgebase / enter the following article # - 21042

 

also check the display properties for 

DPI setting make sure it is 96 dpi and Normal font size

Try:

 

Tools -> Customise -> Reset Menus and Toolbars.

 

Then restart ACT

Thank you Raj, Manually deleting the preference files fixed the problem.
