Calendar Event spanning Multiple Days

I schedule a To-Do that lasts 4 days. The calendar shows the to-do spanning the 4 days that it is scheduled. After the event passes I clear it and it properly goes to my history box. However, when I pull a History report it does not show the To-Do on each of the 4 days it was scheduled for. The report lists activities in order by date but for a multiple date activity it only lists the first date. If I want it to show on the calendar for each day I have to create a seperate To-Do for those days.

How do I get the activity to show each day it occured?

9/1 - Start of Activity

9/2, 9/3

9/4 - End of Activity

The report shows

9/1 - Activity 001

9/2 -

9/3 -

9/4 -

Re: Calendar Event spanning Multiple Days

Perhaps the thing to do would be to create an Activity Series that would contain the activity scheduled from 9-5 for each of four consecutive days... (or whatever time).

This would create your 4 days of activity and then show on the report.  You would only have to schedule once, although you would to clear/complete each day after...

Re: Calendar Event spanning Multiple Days

The difference is because the activity has a time duration but the history does not. With only one activity, regardless of the duration, there would only be one history entry.
