Hi,
I was using ACT 2013 (v. 15) Premium and had NO problems....
Clean install with ACT v. 16 Premium and Outlook 2010 - set up e-mail rule for INCOMING e-mail.
Wotks fine with most e-mails, but flat out refuses to record anything INCOMING from my own company domain.
For example:
Contact abc@acompany.com works OK - incoming e-mail attached
Contact abc@myowncompany.com doesn't work - incoming e-mail ignored.
Same rule as per ACT 2013 and Outlook 2010, and I can't for the life of me undertsand why this is happening.
Anyone have any ideas please?
Thanks
Alistair

UPDATE
Apparently this function (WHICH WORKED SUPERBLY IN ACT 2013) is no longer available. ACT/Swiftpage suggested a workaround but this doesn't seem to work.
Very disappointed when a useful (and functional) function is removed and the "let's blame the other software company" game starts.

Haven't tested this, but just check that your setting (in screenshot attached) "Allow history creation for e-mails sent from a user of this database to another user" (Tools | Prefernces | Admin) isn't set. it may be interferring with the INCOMING rule.

Hi Ben,
In my instance this doesn't work - but thanks anyway.
Swiftpage now claim that Outlook inetgration is "a courtesy" function....may have found a resolution somewhere else but need to evaluate this before I go further with it.
Not at all impressed by the fact that something that worked excellently in ACT 2013 Premium now doesn't...
