Not sure why, but everyday when an employee opens his ACT 2011, He gets the BSOD. Not when he's installing, or syncing, only when he opens. He only had IE and Outlook running as well. Any cause for this? Any solutions would be very helpful.

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. This could be due to a damaged installation of ACT! or possibly a conflict with another program on the machine. The first thing I would try is starting Windows in selective startup mode. If the issue persists, then try uninstalling and reinstalling ACT!.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
