Any user who logins all of a sudden to ACT! Premium for Web (v9), all of a sudden, is directed to a blank white screen. I can login to ACT on the server just fine. I have reviewed the User Accounts and do not see anything odd such as non-standard characters in the Contact Name or Username fields. I have restarted the server (Server 2003) as well with no luck. We have 7 licenses and 6 active users so that shouldn't be a problem. There aren't any other known changes or issues that come to mind as to why this is all of a sudden happening.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are your users signing in through a web browser (opposed to the installed ACT! program)? If yes, have you recently updated the browser? What is the version of Internet Explorer (Help > About Internet Explorer)?
Are the users able to select any option and continue working?
