Big portion of database goes missing temporary when adding and saving new contacts in ACT! Premium Web version!

We encounter a problem when we are adding new contacts into the database using the web version. It happened frequently.

Our database have 2016 contacts. When we insert new contact then we go for another contact,  we find our database suddenly shows we have only 1 or 2 contacts. We won't be able to locate other contacts until we log out and login in again. Kindly help.

Have you tried a Lookup | All Contacts when this happens?
