Hi, 

What is does mean? Is notification because of my subscription is one off payment? not yearly/monthly subscription?

 

"Because you are not on an active subscription, you have limited access to Act! features, and are no longer receiving upgrades to current software. Through June 30th, former Act! subscribers are eligible to save up to 25% off an Act! subscription. See pricing options.

It probably means that you have Act! PRO, which is a one-off purchase, rather than Act! Growth Suite/Act! Premium/Act! CRM (All effectively the same thing) which are supplied as an Annual Subscription i.e. you don't "own" the software you can use it as long as your keep paying the subscription.

 

They are discontinuing sales of Act! PRO at the end of June 2020. If you have Act! PRO, that doesn't mean it will stop working - it will certainly keep working, BUT since there will be no further updates you could have issues if Microsoft (for example) change something in Windows.

 

Some features are ONLY available with subscription.

 

If you have PRO (check Help > About Act!) and you are happy with it, just keep using it. If you need the new features + support + continuous access to updates, consider upgrading to annual Subscription.

Yes I'm using ACT Premium V21 and one-off purchase.
