New user to act! here. I need to pull a back-up of my database in to .bak format. I found instructions in the knowledgebase that said to go to FILE>BACKUP>DATABASE but there is not a FILE tab to go to. Using Act! Premium.
Thanks.

Hi pvrooman,
You say you aren't able to see a File menu. Are you using Act! Premium Cloud or Web in a browser? The backup options are not available in the web interface.
If you have a desktop installation of Act! (i.e. on the server), then you can do this on that machine using ActDiag.
If you're using Act! Premium Cloud and don't have a local installation, then you can request a .bak backup by opening a ticket here.
If you shared the reason that you need a .bak backup, we might have some further suggestions.
