BUG in Groups/Companies tab

I'm using Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3, and every time I try to add a contact record to a group in the Groups/Companies tab from the Contact Detail View, ACT freezes completely with no error message. I'm forced to stop the app through the Task manager. I have Groups and Subgroups selected in the Show for window...

 

What's the work around or setting change...?

Did you ever have a second monitor?  Sometimes the window will be stuck on the second screen even after its unplugged.

 

Try following steps below.

1.  Click Add/Remove Contacts.

2.  Press Alt+Space Bar.

3.  Press M and then press any arrow key.

4.  Move your mouse, the active Window should jump to your cursor.
