Every lead we enter in our act database comes from an online web form with a number of fields (name, email address, company, country etc).
Currently the quick attach option within Outlook works well to create new contacts but it only copies the name and email address to the new at contact. Do you know of any way to transfer all of the contact information from the web form directly to act.
Currently the only option is for each new contact to manually enter the additional data.
I suspect this is more a function of the web form transferring data to outlook than specifically act related.

We have a free addon at www.freeactaddons.com that expands on ACT!'s utility to create a contact from an email in Outlook if that helps.You can choose your own ACT! fields to add to the layout rather than being confined to what ACT! provides.
