Hello - I use Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 13.1.111.0, Hot Fix 6 and what I would like to do is this:
When a specific field in the contact screen is changed to a specific value - I would like ACT to launch a New Opportunity - to automatically steer the person entering the information to the new opportunity entry.
Can this be done?
