I reported this earlier, but never heard back from Act (as usual).
Many of my emails, sent from ACt 2011 through Outlook 2007 are not being attached to the database, although they are sent from email address in the Act database. I cannot figure out why one email sent to a person is attached, and another is not. At the end of the day, the list of unattached emails can be quite long, 20-30. Then I have to manually attach them using the tool in the toolbar at the bottom of the window. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem?
