I tend to be lazy when importing information into my version of Act! v21.
Is there a way to set the format in the Phone and Fax input boxes to make them either XXX-XXX-XXXX or (XXX) XXX-XXXX?
I am in the USA and only will be putting USA phone info into my database.
Thank you for any help you can give me!

Yes, we do have option to change phone/fax format.
All you have to do is, just click the ellipsis button next Phone/Fax field.
You will see the below window popping up.
Here you can change the format.
