ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3
When scheduling a meeting between a sales memeber and client (ACT Contact) is it possible that the contacts details, such as company name, address, telephone number...even a link to google maps (which is on the act system) is automatically inserted into the email that will be sent to the recipients?

Unfortunately, that email cannot be modified.If the contact uses ACT!, they do get contact details in the attached file.
Adding Google Map would be good, but would need to be able to be able to be manually altered to show if meeting is at Contact, User or if the Location field was changed
