I have an Act! 22.214.171.1247. We synchronize. Synchronizations work well, but some mail, not all (sent or received) does not synchronize. Do you have a solution ? Or this problem is solved in Act! 11.1? I already tried to create a remote database, but the problem remains. The RDB was created by allowing the of course with attachments.

Run a Missing Attachments report on both the main and remote databases and see if the missing items aree listed there. You can run the report by:
- Go to Start/Run (XP), or just Start (Vista) and typ in actdiag
- When ACT! Diagnostics opens, go to Databases, then Database List
- Highlight your database and right-click on it, choose Database Reports, then Missing Attachments
