Ever since ACT! Premium v21.0, our company has experienced an issue forwarding emails from History Records that include attachments. As soon as you click the Forward button, you get the forwarding email, but not the attachments. We're having to save the attachments to a folder prior to forwarding the email, so we can then attach the files to the email. I would like to see the attachments be included when Forwarding an email from a Contact's History.
