My restricted users can not double click on the attached pdf's to view it on the documents tab.How can I give them access so they can double click on it to open it for viewing?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
We are using-
Act! Premium Version 16.0.291.0, Hot Fix 5
Windows 7 and 8

You should attach the file to a history, or note. Then, restricted users will be able to open it.
Restricted users are only able to Email the documents from Documents tab.
