The PC is windows 7 using Act 2010 Premium HF4 and this is a shared db install.
We recently migrated a user's mailbox from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013. She is now greeted with the following error message every time she tries to send an email:
I found a kb article stating this problem was fixed in hoftix 4. I installed that hotfix this morning but the error continues. I installed the hotfix under my account but I assume it updates act for all users.
I can't find much about resolving this error message online. I found a couple old threads but not real solution.
If anyone can help out that would be fantastic!
