I can Login without problem, but when I step (for example) to the contact list View I get this error message
(http://192.168.112.252/APFW/default.aspx?error=true) An error has ocurred on the server and has been logged. Please contact your administrator if this problem persists.

My server is uses the latest one which is update 9. https://www.act.com/resources/downloads/act!-premium-v21-downloads
But, why I got same issue as this post? when I'm using web browser and doing something, after a few minutes it will automatically log out.

As part of the setup on the ACT for WEB server there is a timeout setting and the default is only 20 minutes so I expect this is the problem. Get who ever manages the hosting server to change the setting to anything up to 8 hours.
On the hosting server in ACT - Tools - WEB Site Administration - Options.
Note for Swiftpage - About time the default was a more realistic setting, maybe 4 hours.
