Has anyone else had issues with the alarms window not popping up while accessing Act Premium v17 via web? I have made sure to set my browser settings correctly and ensured the Google toolbar addon is disabled (only relevant article I found indicated this can cause issues). I am using Chrome with all addons disabled. I also tried accessing via IE with all relevant settings according to Web Admin Guide applied. Still no luck.
