Agent Facad failed to initialize data. Thread was being aborted

We have a master database with about 10 other remote databases syncing with it.  One of the remote databases always gives the following error when syncing.  It used to sync and then stopped working about a week ago.  Both the master database and remote database have been rebuild, reindexed, sync objects rebuilt, schema rebuilt.  Both computers (remote and master database) have been rebooted.  There is a KB article talking about Agent Facade failed to intialize, but the error message is different than the one we get.

Did you find a solution? One of my clients is running into this same problem with ACT 2011.
