How can i allow multiple data entry operators to access ACT software over the web. Where do i decide their access rights and passwords to the database.
How to hide data entered by one user from another.
I am a new administrator of this software and require help in setting up this environment in my company

To set the users, access rights, passwords, you must use the full version (on the server or workstation on the LAN) with - Tools | Define Users
To limit who can see the data, use the Limited Access function for the contacts
