We recently noticed that when two people are entering notes for two different contacts. ACT gets out of whack!! Act will kick both users out of their note and when they go to edit the note they see half their note and half of the other person's note.
Any reason why this is happening?

Maria, could you tell us a little about how ACT! is installed? How Many users? What Windows in the server ?? What version of ACT!? What version of SQL Server? (You can see this by clicking Start - Run - ACTDIAG) ..... It is only to determine the environment in which the problem is occurring. (Also consider reviewing network problems) Remember regularly Database backup (In the Server and another in a memory or external hard drive)
