I am using ACT Premium - both an offline client and hosted. When in the offline client, I can right click on a field and get the option to Lookup by that field. When I'm in the hosted version of the database, Lookup is not an option when I right click a field. How can I add Lookup to a hosted version?

If you mean the hosted version is accessed via a browser the the Lookup is done via the menu at the top left of the window, you can then access the list of fields in the menu or use "other fields" to get the normal lookup dialogue box.
You can also use the lookup area on the left side as you can in the application version of ACT!
