When I access my database on the ACT! Premium Web version, I can't use the "Change Columns" function on the left hand side of the screen or use the Customize Columns in the Tools Option on the toolbar. Nothing happens. Obviously customizing the Contact List view is essential to successfully working with ACT!. I have no trouble with this functionality on my Desktop version ACT! 16.

I know I could not get this to work in Actv17 Premium for Web using Chrome, but have not had any problem with IE or Firefox. I know Chrome was not supported for 17 before 17.2. I do not know about compatibility for 16, but I would try different browsers
