If you need to record product/service info on company records (to save you having to update the same fields on all contact records of that company) and also be able to email that info to the contacts upon request, is it possible using an add-on (or other means) to be able to add company fields to Act! .adt templates?
I know all the custom company fields could be created in contacts and linked, but a) there a lot of fields b) when companies are updated via an Excel import the linked fields on contact records don't get auto refreshed (unless someone has invented a button to do so?). If there is a way to refresh ALL linked contacts in Act! with the info from the company record then this would eliminate the need to add company fields to templates (I mean all linked contacts of all companies - not just the linked contacts of one company, I am aware that you can do that).
Any help with this would be appreciated.

I'd still be interested in knowing if it is possible to get company fields into templates though
