A picture is worth a thousand words. I recorded a video on how to do this.
1) under define fields, create the drop down
2) also under defind fields, create the field and link the dropdown to the field
3) customize the layout.

It turns out the because ACT is our host they were the only ones who could set up the drop down menus for us.
But I'm still going to check out the video too.

Wish I would have had that when I was first learning how to do that in the previous non-remote version.

In the ACT premium remote version you don't have access to do this. Only the hosting server can do it and since ACT was our host they did it for us

There are a variety of hosting options. We are a hosting provider and give full access to your act database so you can make any changes you want. Add fields, customize layouts, do imports. All things not possible with ACT for Web
