Actual License and available License disparity - 2011 Premium.

A user reports that they are having issues with existing users becoming "unregistered". This is ACT 2011 (did they still have the protexis issue?).  The real issue (I think) is this.  They have 43 licenses.  They have more than 43 users (most inactive, but, while I have not seen the issue first hand, i'm told the number of active users exceeds the number of licenses.  However!  when you display the user management dialog, it indicated that there are enough licenses for (over) 200 additional users.  Listing licenses agrees with the number 43.  Just fishing here but has anyone run into anything similar?

Yes, known issue,  We saw it last year and reported it to tech support. Don't know what if anything was done.

(tongue firmly planted in cheek here) I wonder if it has anything to do with trying to have more than 42 active users.....?

On a serious note, I've not see this occur, sorry.
