I am running version 9 and also trialing version 11 Premium, and in a users Diary I have an activity that I can not find to complete or delete.
The activity is a "ToDo" and shows only when the users diary is printed and no where else. It is not in the task list nor in the Activities.
I have deleted all cleared activities from the database older than 0 days; the database has been repaired with all the standard actdiag processes, but I can not find the entry anywhere to erase - HELP!

From what you've described, it sounds like a corrupted activity. Since running repairs didn't fix the issue, you can try creating an empty copy of your database and export all of your contacts except for the one with the corrupted activity. You will have to manually create the contact in the new database.

I have the same issue using Act! Premium Version 18.104.22.168. Is there an update to the solution proposed?
The solution won't work as the task is ascribed to the "My Record" so manually recreating that contact may take some time:-(. The activities are in printed versions of the calendar and revelaed using the search function.
