Hello and thanks for reading my post.
We are using Act Premium for Web 2008. I created an activity series and set it to trigger on the edit of the address field. I tested this while I was running Act on the server and it worked perfectly.
I then accessed Act as our reps do, through a URL we set up and the activity series will not launch..
Any troubleshooting ideas?
