One of our users in ACT 2012 Premium Hot Fix 5 must have set their activities database to show all users and all dates (or something close to this). When they try to log in ACT hangs with the log in window still showing. I have let the station sit for 3 hours thinking it may eventually come up with no luck.
Is there a way to clear or change her start up preferences?

I recommend using the 'Alternate Method: Manually Rebuilding Preferences' option.
