Has anyone else noticed this problem? I reported to sage as soon as we installed our upgrade from ACT 2007 and was told that the bug would be fixed in Hotfix 4 but it hasn't worked

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
