Activation Issue

Hi,

One of my customer is using ACT! V- 17 Premium 6 Licenses for more than 3 years. The problem they are facing is all the License were working perfectly except the Server version (recently they changed the config of the server) now we are not able to activate the License key. Swiftpage suggests to upgrade the License which will work for a year, but the customer says why should I change the entire thing for the sake of single License. Pls help me to come out of this.

unfortunately you need to purchase a new licence since v18 and older are no longer supported.
