Not the IT guy here but helping out....
We just upgraded to Act11 Premium (11.1 upgrade) and are all now using Outlook for emails.
1) Do we need ActEmail.exe process running since it seems to relate to Act's email system which we don't use.
2) How come Act.Outlook.Service.exe stays active when Act is closed?
3) Should Act.Outlook.Service.exe doesn't always start when Act is opened?

Not an IT dude either but may be able to answer one of them
2) i am guessing it would stay open because you could send an email in outtlook when act is closed it would still need to attach it to the client record
