Re: ActEmail MFC Application has encountered a problem ... (may be solution)

I found article in Sage Knowledgebase http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/cgi-bin/sagesoftwareonline.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2244...

Error: "ACT! Email MFC Application has stopped working" When Attempting to Perform a Mail Merge
  Question
When attempting to do a mail merge with Microsoft Word set as the word processor, you receive the following error: "ACT! Email MFC Application has stopped working."
  Answer
You can attempt to workaround this issue by stopping the Print Spooler service. This can be accomplished one of two ways:

Stop Print Spooler from the Control Panel
  1. Go to "Start" and click on "Control Panel."
  2. Click on "System and Maintenance" and then click on "Administrative Tools."
  3. Double-click on "Services".
  4. Click on "Print Spooler" and then click on "Stop."
Stop Print Spooler from the Command Prompt
  1. Log in as an administrator on your computer.
  2. Go to "Start," type "cmd" in the search box and then press "Enter."
  3. Type "net stop spooler" at the command prompt.
  4. Close the command prompt and then restart your computer.
