I am using ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 184.108.40.2067
and Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007. I have just currently updated PCs to Windows 7 32bit
Previously MS Windows XP, using the “quick print” icon, the quote would attach to the contact on act. This doesn’t attach now on MS Windows 7.
Has any one got any ideas?

First, ACT! 2009 is not officially supported on Windows 7, although we have had very few reported issues. A couple of things you can try:
- Update ACT! 2009 to the latest build and hotfix (11.1.181, Hotfix 4)
11.1 update - KB Article 23642
Hotfix 4 - KB Article 25657
- Disable or lower the settings for User Account Control in Windows 7. Instructions are KB Article 25665.
Also, did you update the version MS Office to Office 2010 when you updated the O/S? ACT! only supports Office 2002, 2003 & 2007.
