For a PC that has been upgraded to Act! Premium v21 and Update 5, ( 21.0.295.0 Update 5), when attempting to apply the licence, the older registration wizard displays which does not accept the newer licence keys (Soraco). We have conformed that the Update 5 did install.

Try deleting any Protexis folders at Root c:\
and then a reboot.
