I have a remote database that has automatic integration set up and every time the ACT! Calendar integrates to Outlook, there are duplicate activities in Outlook. None of these activities are recurring activities. It is only happening (that I know of) with 1 of 9 remote databases. Please help.

Does this user also sync either Outlook or ACT! with a handheld device such as a Blackberry or Palm/Windows Mobile?
This has been known to cause duplication.
