I rebooted my windows 2000 server and received an error message "act.scheduler.exe failed..."
I tried starting the service manually but get "application has generated an exception..." error and then an error 1053: service did not respond...
I ran a repair of the installation with no luck, copied the adchronopher.dll file and re-resgistered but still ge the same error. Any help would be appreciated

I've uninstalled act using the uninstall utility. I also scrubbed the registry using the doc from the KB on a manual uninstall.
I've reinstalled act and sql server. I still am not able to launch act scheduler. service can not be started... did not respond to start request....
Any suggestions would be appreciated
