Since the update I now have more to do rollovers than before-about 160. How do I fix this? I know I can disable the rollover feature in the short term. But what is the long term fix?
Thanks

Hi Costen1
I'm not sure what could have caused that.
Is it just "To-Dos" affected or are other activity types affected?
Were these activities cleared before upgrading to v19?
Are these duplicate activities?
Are any other users affected?
Thanks

Hi-The to do's were cleared before the update. Now I have about 238 for rollover. I had to disable rollover for now The meetings and appointments went haywire too I had about 20 duplicates of each for this week. But I cleared those outs.

This may be caused by a corrupt activity
You could try rebuilding your ACT! preferences

Do you have activities set to sync with Outlook/Google?

No only appointments and meetings are synced with Google. All this happened after the update. So how is it corrupt?

Costen1,
Which version of Act! Premium for Web had you run prior to upgrading to v 19.0? You refer to appointments synced to Google, where did the appointments originate, i.e how did the appointments get to be in Act!, were they from Outlook?

no some originated from google. Worked fine before updates.

When you refer to 'update', do you mean that you updated a complete version. For instance moved from Act! Premium for Web version 18 to version 19, or do you mean that you never had a version of Act! Premium for Web prior to version 19.0 and that you just applied an update within version 19.0? To put it another way, Act! Premium for Web version 19.0 was working fine until you applied an update to it?
