I have ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 1 on Window XP laptop. I has worked fine for the past year but started to cause me grief with Act.Outlook.Service chewing up all my resources.
I looked at other postings which discuss deleting/modifying .msg & .xml files in the HistoryQueue folder. However I cannot locate this folder or files on my computer and even did a file search and they dont exist. Am I missing something.
Your help is much appreciated.

On most systems, these folders are hidden, and are not viewable unless you change the Folder settings in Windows Explorer. Try some different options under Tools>Folder Options in any explorer window and see if that helps...
