Act not syncing with Outlook calendar

I have  20.0.159.0, Update 7 on a Windows 10 Machine. I am trying to sync the Act calendar with the Outlook (version 1802) calendar. Nothing happens.

 

I have gone to Tools and selected a manual sync, but the appointments entered in Act do not carry over to Outlook.

 

What am I missing?

Try v20.1. It should fix all these problems.

I agree, 20.1 (which has just released) is an update specifically designed to focus on addressing issues with Office integration.

However, if this isn't feasible for whatever reason - I'd definitely recommend checking through the Outlook Synchronisation preferences (Tools > Preferences > Email & Outlook Sync > Outlook Synchronisation Preferences...) - make sure that the advanced preferences are as expected (activity types and date range)

When you say that the activities aren't showing up - are you getting any error messages indicating that the sync has failed, or does it appear to be successful except for the missing activities?

It appears that doing the update (although I was already on v. 20) solved the problem. Thanks!
