Hello, I am having a problem with Act! V16.1 Premium on a computer with Windows 7 , It is  newly installed, but get the error message

Act! has stopped working - CLR20r3 - Act!.exe - 16.1.207.0

I uninstalled the next update and restart the computer

Install Act! again

What could be the problem?

Hi Juan Carlos,

I would suggest updating v16.1 to v16.3. You can find the SP3 update in our download centre: http://www.act.com/resources/downloads/act-premium-v16

If this does not solve the issue, I would suggest a complete uninstall of Act and reinstall.
