Hi, I have been using Act for Web 9.0 for some time, but since today i am getting an error "The Act for Web Server you are accessing has reached the maximum number of connections allowed. Please try again later after some users have logged off or contact your system administrator to more user accounts to the system". I have checked and found none of the users are connected via web. Kinldy help me out as my entire team logs in using web services. I have 21 no of licences for Act for Web 9.0.

Just to confirm APFW 2007 (9.0) - but what build (in Help | About)? Let me know if the solution below doesn't help
This can sometimes be fixed by following the steps in this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
When you re-register, you should do this at the console or, if you have to use Remote Desktop, set it to console mode as per:
mstsc /v:<ip number> /f / console
