We have ACT for WEB V9, 2007 running on a web server at a ISP. I just got a new laptop running Windows 7 Professional. I use Outlook 2003 for my email program.
When I access ACT for the WEB through Internet Explorer and click on an email address or go to Write Email message it opens up a new email, but the web browser now has the address: Mailto: and the webpage says, Navigation to the webpage was canceled..... I press back and it goes back to the ACT log in.
I would guess this is an Internet Explorer setting but I cannot find it. Any help will be appreciated.

If the browser is IE8 try setting it to compatibility mode.
